This tea will definitely clean you out. I like the taste. Add sugar or honey. Works within a couple hours. I finally got some they were out of stock.

I have been buying this product on an off for 2-3 years. I feel like the taste is different now and I'm wondering if they changed the ingredients or it's not as potent as before because now I use 2 tea bags instead of just one to help. Anyone else experience this being not as effective?

So at first… I was going to write a bad review about how horrible this made my stomach cramp and return it…But then I decided to get on and check the reviews to see if it made anybody else feel the same way..I noticed a lot of reviews saying that if you do not follow the directions, then you would have serious stomach cramps from the tea and this ended up being true.The first time I made the tea ,I let the tea bag sit in the cup for about 25 minutes !The next morning I was in so much pain !!!I was in the bathroom for maybe an hour and 30 minutes! Hurt! Soo bad hahaha it cleaned me out but I cramped soo bad.After I read these reviews I gave it one more try and let the teabag sit for no longer than three minutes… The next morning I had a way better experience .I didn’t have any cramps at all and it just cleaned out my system like it was supposed to..I have been using it correctly ever since.I set a three minute timer take the teabag out and it clears me right up .it’s honestly one of the best cleansing teas I’ve used.I do recommend it but please follow the directions

Only works for the first 2 days

I’ve used this product for years.. each time once it HITS I always ask why did I do this to myself! Sometimes I feel like I’m going to throw up 🤢 my whole stomach goes into a knot. 🪢. But when your finally through and you wipe the sweat of your brow. You will feel 10 pounds lighter. I love tea so I enjoy the taste but honey will always help make it sweeter, drink plenty of water after drinking the tea since it’s possible to become dehydrated during the process.. try to time it so your not crying at work, or waking up at 1 am thinking something has to have ruptured inside your body. I find between 3-4pm I’m usually feeling the effects by 9-10pm. If you’re constipated you won’t be after just one use!

This tea does what it says! I have only let steep for as long as 15 minutes but the first FEW cups I kept it around 5 minutes. It didn’t make me cramp as some have described but worked wonders by the time I would wake up the next morning! Maybe because I eased into the strength it worked well for me. I put just a small amount of my local wildflower honey in it and oh my! Yum! I only purchase the bags not the loose tea, just personal preference.
