So it's hard to find a basic ball air pump at a big box store these days any less expensive than this one. I have gone through half a dozen from the main big box store over as many years. They always seem to fail internally and start allowing air to bypass, and they just aren't built well in general, being cheap plastic and coming with cheap, fragile needles.This one gives me hope. It comes with 3 needles which seem to be of decent quality. The external casing of both parts of this hand pump are metal. Only time will tell how the internals will hold up, but I bet they last at least a year. It also comes with a zippered carrying case, which is a nice touch.I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better value than this if you're in the market for a sports ball hand pump.

This is a great little pump that works exceptionally well. I've used it on balls, and it fills them quickly and easily. I shoot a lot of sporting clays and have a cart with air-filled tires. This is a great compact pump that I now keep in the cart. When the wheels get low, I can fill them right out on the range. It works great for me!

I'd purchased a Franklin Sports Ball Pump kit but ended up returning it because it was made of flimsy plstic, the handle was uncomfortable, and they were misleading on their product page about where it was manufactured.I won't lie, this pump feels flimsy as well, but you get what you pay for. The body is made of metal and not plastic, but it still feels like all it would take is someone to step on it it would bend. I wouldn't just throw it in the back of the car, for example.When you pump it, it doesn't feel like the sturdiest pump, but it gets the job done. It would have been nice to have gauge of some sort, but at this price point beggars can't be choosers.That said, I do like that it's three inches longer than the Franklin model and the handle is much more comfortable—you can get a grip on it rather than push down on an uncomfortable round knob.It comes with the pump, an extension hose, four standard metal needles, and two plastic nozzles for filling up things like balloons. There's also a plastic doohickey for which I have no idea what it's for (I'm guessing a wrench of some sort, but you definitely don't want to over-tighten the screws). Some kind of instruction manual would have been nice, but most of it is fairly self-explanatory. It all comes in a cheap vinyl bag with their URL printed on it.Looking at it, I doubt it'll have too long a lifespan, but it'll certainly be useful for pumping basketballs, volleyballs, and the occasional beach ball.

The pump has good pressure; I was able to fill a soccer ball in about a minute. I wonder why it came with three needles. I guess they often break or maybe people lose them. At any rate, there are three of them. This item was listed at $6.99 when I got it.

This ball pump/inflator kit is super nice. The ball pump is aluminum and the caps are screwed in versus glued or pressure fitted. The air volume is much higher as the pump length is over 11" long. The handle is very comfortable and ergonomically angled. There is a nicely crimped short flexible hose for angled inflation when straight connection is not possible. There are 3 ball needs and 2 inflatable tips for balloons or other pool toys, etc. I'm not sure why there is a golf divot tool in the set.The best part is the zippered bag to store the pump and accessories.

I enjoy the carrying case and extra needles in case you lose some, but I had some difficulty getting the needle into an old soccer ball to inflate. (Not sure if it was the ball or the needles.) When pushing on the little house line attachment it’s pretty sharp where the metal is attached so be careful not to cut your fingers. Worth the money, but if you’re looking for higher quality that will most likely last longer, keep looking.

I really like the design of the pump handle. Most ball pumps have a t-shaped handle that is awkward to use and your hand slips off the pump handle slowing down the inflation task. This pump allows you to secure your fingers in the oval handle for maximum force - very nice. The pump comes with numerous needles for various inflatables. It also comes with an extension hose for evenly inflating a ball. The pump and its accessories come in a handy storage bag to keep everything in one place. Overall, this is an excellent pump that's not just for balls - bicycle tire inflation will work nicely with this pump.

This compact hand air pump is impressive. It's small enough to stash in your car or sports bag without a hassle. It includes three needles, which is a nice touch. Usually, hand pumps struggle to fully inflate a soccer or basketball, but this KM Sports pump managed to get a soccer ball back to its normal state. Definitely worth a try!
