I only have mine from May to middle of July when it mostly stopped working and on contacting Purify company a certain Mr Mark assisted me with 1st class customer service. After some intial symptomatic questions the company sent me a replacement so that i can again enjoy using their fine product. Other than the little bad luck i had their products are quite attractive , simple to use and maintain with really great customer service. I like their water filter pitcher so much i recommended it to families and even posted 1 to Canada. I would defo recommend Alchemy products and buy again from them. 💵🍻🇺🇸
