Two pieces deliverd but both are not displaying live line illuminated signal...what the use ?only as screwdriver? You had told neon bulbs but if they are not Wirth if use then why shouldn't be replaced with new correct one? Pl Send working testers ..I will hand over this non working .pl exchange....why before delivery same are not got tested?
