it clearly says in the description what these are. they are extras or replacements. you have to buy the starter pack first. it gives you 4 different sizes to try and the stickers. some humans do not know how to read item descriptions. these are awesome! so much better than breathe right strips. i use them for sleep. they open my nose wider and the adhesive is much more gentle than breathe right.

I can't say enough good about this system. I'll never go back to those nose strips again! Yeah, it's more expensive than those strips. A car is also more expensive than a bike, but which one would you rather be taking to the grocery store in a thunderstorm?I guess some people have trouble getting the little stickers to stay stuck. Buy a box of 100 alcohol wipes for about a buck and a half and use one to wipe off the sides of your nose. These stick better than the nose strips do, in my experience.

It comes without the magnets which no make sense, but is good.

The magnet is very strong and holds on all night.

The product itself is maid well. But it was hard to understand the measurements chart and almost got the wrong size. It does help with breathing better at night my air passages where open. Unfortunately I move around when I sleep so it keeps falling off.

I love these. I use it all the time I wish the refill tabs were not so pricey. But overall the product is really good
