Tatami Japanese Igusa Mattress Indigenous Unit MAT Made in Japan 4 piece set (Brown)

I brought a 9 set a year ago and absolutely loved them and even though it's been a year, it still smells really nice and have no problems. I brought a smaller set cos one of mine started to break apart at the seams but the new ones are slightly different than mine. Being that there's no holes. But overall, still holds up after a year of use (and accidental spills) and great quality!

Nice mats. Easy to put together. Have a slight hay smell at first, just need to be aired out

Just the flooring I wanted.

Purchased for my dining room. The smell is pleasant is grassy, kind of like a rice smell. The nice smell mostly aired out after 3 months or so.It has held up well to daily use. We do not wear shoes in the house and are very careful around the mats though. I even hot glued felt "feet" to my table so it doesn't cause any splitting in the tatami.It is better than sitting on a rug or the bare floor. The texture sometimes is a little "rough" for bare skin like knees and tops of feet (leaves small indents on your skin).I had no issues with mites, discoloration or stains.

接続は安定感なく、そのまま寝転がっていると、気づいたら外れています。また寝室に使いはじめてから、朝起きると頭痛、肩こりが起こりました。臭い？のせいなのか、家族にも同様の症状が…。外してからは症状もなくなり、これが原因なのかと考えてしまいます…。

グリップ力がないのですぐにずれちゃいます。うちの場合は固定して使う予定だったので、合いませんでした。

手触りがやけに粉っぽいなとおもって水拭きしたら、雑巾にベッタリと緑色の染料がつきました。表面も使用感や色ムラがあるので、新品の畳表とは思えない、少し残念な品質です価格を考えればそれほど「騙された!」という感じではない(私も返品はせず使うことにしました)が、少なくとも着色してあることは表示するべきだと思うし軽く水拭きした位で、ベットリ雑巾に付くのは健康にも良くなさそうなので低評価です。
