Hey Peter, This is for most exterior and interior and mainly for plaster, brick and wood. I am not an expert on cars but I think it's metal and I don't think it'll work. I am sure you will find something for metal or plastic depending on what material your trim is and coz you'll still be sticking it onto a car door (metal), i.e if the trim is plastic/metal and you're sticking on to same material or just metal then you will need to find one for that material.
