I've been really pleased with this product.The kit was simple to understand and getting the sample sent off was really straightforward. It was received very quickly and I had my results in under 3 weeks.I downloaded the App to my phone to review the report. It's broken down into different sub-categories which makes it really easy to understand and interpret, and you can easily get to the parts of the report that you're particularly interested in. The information and insights provided are clear and also easy to follow. It's been really useful for me to understand more about my "impactful" traits and i'll definitely be making some tweaks to my diet and lifestyle because of these results!I'd definitely recommend.

Worth the wait!I ordered the Vitl DNA Nutrition test kit to really understand how to tailor my diet to what my body would respond to best. I, like a lot of people just got so fed up of eating by the book healthy foods and feel like I’m getting nowhere. The test was so easy to take, a quick but thorough whip around my mouth with the swab provided and it was all ready to be sent. It did take around 6 weeks to get my results but that seems to be quite normal for this kind of test. So I wasn’t too bothered, well it was SO worth the wait! Not only did it help me understand my metabolic rate whilst exercising but it also gave me a comprehensive insight into what nutritional factors have a particular impact on my body. As a result, I’ve been able to really focus on getting to what my version of healthy is. This seriously invaluable insight that’s helped me change for the better! Would definitely recommend it!

Overall this was a disappointing experience.First of all, it took nearly 6 weeks to get the results.Second, I feel like the results are all very vague so it is then hard to know what to do with the info given. Results come back as "highly likely" or "not likely", perhaps I was just expecting too much.

I decided to go for Vitl’s DNA kit after researching other options on the market, as I love how they incorporate your results into a consultation to give you a tailored supplement subscription. This gives me confidence that I’m doing what I can to best look after my health despite long work hours and a diet that could definitely be improved! Although DNA science is still pretty new, Vitl have done a great job of offering reports on areas of my health that I am likely/less likely to experience issues with and have enlightened me in terms of lifestyle changes I should probably make! I have also looked into doing their blood test which is another pillar of this area service that I may try down the line too. Their customer service is second to none and they helped efficiently and professionally when I asked a couple of questions about differences in their products and how the DNA kit can affect my subscription. Good product. The report is quite accurate and gives you a lot of detail about your DNA

I was looking for a product that would give me a better understanding of how I was responding to things like my lifestyle and diet and what I could do to change to have some more energy and generally feel a bit better. This test did the trick! It arrived really quickly (in some fancy packaging) and was very straightforward to complete. A couple of weeks later, I received a very detailed breakdown of how my body responds to certain things like Caffeine, Fat, Snacking etc - as well as what vitamins I may likely to be low in. It was so interesting to read!Since receiving the results, I have made some changes to both my diet and lifestyle (not always easy to do, but this gave me the push I needed!) and I'm already feeling better. I would highly recommend!

Really easy and simple process!I have to say I was a little bit sceptical about how detailed the results will be, but honestly it's amazing how much information they provide.After approximately 15 days, you have access to all your nutrition results on their website and the different vitamin kits you can purchase based on your needs.I would definitely recommend this kit to anyone looking to have more insight about their body and general health.
