I have seen some pretty decent gains since switching to TL's creatine from my previous brand. My workouts have been more effective, there's been a noticeable increase in my training volume. I'm lifting heavier and I'm not as sore. I've also noticed I've had more more power. I did a fair amount of research before switching and I appreciated that the ingredients are clean. I was a fan of my previous brand because it was pH balanced and other brands I've tried in the past had a tendency to upset my stomach and cause a good amount of bloating. With TL, I haven't had any adverse effects and no stomach issues. It dissolves well in water, and there's no graininess. The strawberry lemonade flavor is both sweet and tart without being cloyingly so. While it's a tad more expensive than my old brand, given the results I feel it's a great value.

I love this product. Ordered many times and see results. I especially like the taste and the fact that it dissolves very easily in water and 0 gm of sugar.

I’ve heard some creatine makes people bloated and uncomfortable. This one hasn’t made me bloated and has given me so much energy, also has a sweet taste.

As a 52 year old woman who isn’t a body builder but exercises I use this every morning. I use it for my brain not my muscles. No bloating with this product. Dissolves very slow but I don’t mind that. Easy to use. It’s expensive but worth it to me. My energy level is sky high and no brain fog ever since I started using creatine. I will use till I croak from old again. Game changer.
