Im not a huge fan of most protein shakes/bars, but I decided to give the Atkins shakes a try. To my surprise, I found these to actually taste good. Having tried a few flavors, I like the mocha and the peanut butter chocolate flavors. It would be nice to have more flavor options, like maybe raspberry, blackberry, mixed berry, mint chocolate chip, banana, chocolate banana, or strawberry banana.

Love this flavor and they are creamy and not gritty! These are my favorite and Ice tried dozens of different brands. Like that they contain high protein and low sugar, lower calories! No stomach issues with these and again, I love this flavor!

Tastes like a Reese’s cup. Satisfying and keeps you full.

I think these are the same as Atkins plus shakes. Don’t know why they are usually more expensive. I like the flavor and added vitamins and protein/fiber content - but way too costly to buy regularly- and the price keeps going up. Usually less expensive at warehouse stores. i usually buy these when they’re available for $1.50 or less each. these were $18 a 12 pack last month and now $24 and that's with subscribe and save 'discount?' _ R they a good value ? depends on how much money U have 2 spend these make fast convenient breakfast- add a little to my coffee and drink the rest. Taste is subjective. Value depends on how much money you can afford to spend. If you can afford them I’d recommend them. Update- bought this and vanilla latte flavor on sale - both were close to expire or sell by date- be aware & beware buying food here is a gamble on quality and shelf life I’ve noticed that the lower the price the closer the product is about to reach ‘best/use’ by date

I've been drinking this for years. I just received a new order and looked at the label and in now has 450 mg of sodium, instead of 230. I'm n On a sodium restricted diet. Sadly, I won't be able to have these anymore. It's a shame, too. One of the best protein drinks I've had. To Atkins: it tasted great before. There was no need to increase the sodium by over 200 mg. 😥

We have ordered this product very often. This is the first time the taste was really different. Had a sour test. We have 12 leftover and what do we do?

I like these shakes. If I don't have time or running late I will grab one and run, I like the taste. Sometimes a will put one in the freezer for a couple hours and it will get semi-hard like a thin milk shake, for a snack. Purchased many times, and I will again.
