I am a revisiting customer. I have been using this bag for many years. The product ilcan handle rough environments and will last for years without much damage. Best zipper quality. Strong stitching. Soft inner linings. Large enough for a regular use. It is the best, I have seen across product of this price range. Best material used.

I purchased this bag after seeing a promo on Amazon. The delivery of the bag was a bit of hassle with the bag having delivered a day earlier than expected. as it was cash on delivery and unexpected, I had to change my plans for a bit to get the bag delivered and it ended up coming the next day only. Was a bit unhappy with the whole logistics. Coming to the bag, it is definitely very roomy with plenty of space for my 14 inch laptop, Kindle, Tiffin and lots of knick knacks. All compartments are good and feel secure. The quality of straps is also very good. The look is simply great with the color being lighter than depicted but that actually looks good. Cons: The only gripe I have is that the second compartment from front (with the horizontal zipper) is pretty spacious with a very small opening. So small that its about the width of a standard wallet. This restricts the things you can put in it and is also a bit of trouble to search for things. Overall good buy.

First impressions: The look and overall quality feel good, especially considering the price. However, the bag has major cons: 1. The laptop compartment has no padding at the bottom. 2. The back padding is only adequate. 3. There are no small utility organizer pockets in the front section. This bag would be fine for office,college and casual use, or for 2-3 days of travel. However, if you are always on the go and carry a camera, small electronics, or a laptop without a sleeve, you should avoid this product.
