This is the very best shampoo that I have used for my gray hair. It helped brighten up the gray. I’ve used other Just Nutritive products and this just compliments all of them. It helps to keep hair soft and managable and looking great.

Very good for gray hair

I have a well, actually 5, trying to get water that does not have oxidized iron. All wells have it so my gray, mostly white now, hair always has this awful rusty yuck on the longest exposed hair so it looked like crap and was a constant maintenance of mineral remover chemicals and drying my hair worst than it naturally is. I have used zillions of other purple shampoos and some okay, some worthless, but nothing great until I decided to use this. I found that the regular Just Nutritive shampoo did better than any of the purple shampoos, so I though maybe using their shampoo made specific for covering yellow, brown, orange, yuck color would be even better and boy, it is. Its not necessary to use it every shampooing either. After two uses the discoloration was completely gone. Now I shampoo twice with the regular shampoo and then the third shampooing use the purple. Its so potentate if you use it every time you shampoo you will have that blue hair look.

The jury is still out. My silverish hair came out more gray than usual. I'll try it again to see if that makes a difference. Maybe it's cumulative. I commented on their facebook page that it didn't work so well but did NOT get a response.

Id give this more stars but it has low lather and lacks a great smell. It’s no different really than any other purple shampoo albeit smells better than most.

Makes my hair soft and manageable

I can tell a difference in the texture of my hair and how easily it gets entangled from the first time using the shampoo and conditioner. Love it

The shampoo left my grays with a purplelish coloring. The quality of the shampoo bottle and label is not the best quality. I have work as a Quality Manager in the Healthcare and Beauty industry, the packaging enclosed it looks cheaper and packaged overseas. Pricy for the quality of the product
