Wife had new knee joint installed recently couldnt get upstairs so refubished old downstairs toilet ( wooden seat 1950! rusted bolts fell apart )now just the right height to sit on with handle on wall and find myself using it too.Well made and robust rather than move upstairs as she can now get there , will buy another one . looking for a diffent colour hence 4 star

Highly recommended this, it stays on your loo bowl perfectly without moving, much better than normal loo seats as I was fed up as they don't sit on the bowl and constantly shift from side to side. This has been a excellent buy, easily cleaned and is so much more hygienic.Well packaged and arrived fast.

I got this for my wife but it was not a good fit on our toilet and it wasn't used.The problem was not the seat but just that it was not compatible with our toilet which is a special Bidet and toilet combination.I also chose the 4" one and I think the 2 " one would have been better but my wife has passed on .

An excellent article for those who need the extra height because of mobility problems. I wish I had bought it sooner. It has certainly helped me with my difficulties. Would recommend.

This toilet seat is very good and well made. It's nice to have a lid (top) to cover and makes a nice finish. It's easy to lift on and off for your family to use. It has made it easy for me to stand up and to sit down.

Wife just had a new knee and is suffering greatly. This raised toilet seat is an absolute godsend. Easy to fit and easy to use.

Not sure I should be "loving" this as we do not have what I would call that sort of relationship outside a utility one. However this does help a great deal, is easy to fit and clean. Oh, Almost forgot, the lid stops our family dog drinking from the toilet! Great stuff

Very pleased with this. I have back problems and it is much easier to use than a conventional toilet seat. I am 5ft 5in and my feet just touch the floor when seated. This is fine, but some people may need to use a stand as well. Easy to clean and good value. Would buy again when needs replacing.

does the job good value for money

Bought in readiness for husband having a Hip replacement op. It fits the toilet securely and the extra height is ideal. Can be used without removing original seat and lid if it is only to be used temporarily.

Good product, comfortable to sit on unlike some others and it can handle quite heavy people too. I definitely recommend this product to anyone.

There are a few alternatives but this seat is well designed and fits the standard WC positively without any movement.It is essential that with my wife's arthritis she can sit comfortably, and this does the trick.Gramps

We are very pleased with this toilet seat it is just what we needed well worth the money also I earlier than the date depicted which again was a bonus. Just the thing when bending is a chore. It was easy to fit. So if a higher toilet seat is needed I would certainly recommend this one.

We had to get a new toilet in our static caravan and the new unit was lower than the one it replaced so I looked at something to raise the seat level. After reading the reviews for this item it appeard to be just what we needed and thats what it turned out to be.it was simplicity itself to install and was rock solid when fitted. we have used it for three weekends since we bought it and are really pleased we bought it.
