Cleans very well. Pretty strong when put in the water. But works great.

This is an excellent cleaner for mouth pieces. It leaves it clean and has a good taste. the individual packets are tightly sealed. They are very hard to open, therefore the manufacture puts a small slit in the end to make tearing open the packet very easy. Recently I am seeing a lot of packets with no slit and its impossible to open without scissors, nail clippers, etc. This is simply the packaging machine getting out of adjustment. The manufacture needs to pay closer to the to the machine adjustments

Couldn’t find this anywhere in town. No one carried is anymore. Locally, everything is for dentures. This works well on mouth guards.

Ever since I first heard about this product, I've used it every day. In the past I tried cleaning the mouthguard I wear at night with a toothbrush and toothpaste. Big mistake! This put little tiny grooves in the mouthguard and bacteria can build up. This product is so simple to use and does the job! Nice and clean mouthguard!

To be honest, I have nothing else for comparison. This is my 1st brand and 1st use of such products. It was recommended by my dentist with my new night guard. It is easy to use. Only thing that stood out at first was the effervescence and residual taste which i had since gotten used to. Sometimes when the effervescent powder is being poured out, the powder seems to hit you in the nose pretty hard. Do it in a well ventilated and dont be too curious like I was the first time, sticking my face into it as I watched. Theres a slight clinical after taste and smell in my opinion. I found rinsing it thoroughly a few times helps and I got used to it pretty quick. It would be nice if they could make it smell like mouthwash :p.It is convenient especially if you don't keep track of time and like me, would go away to do a bunch of stuff while waiting, the color change from blue to clear will tell you it is ready.

At first I was skeptical. The crystals color went away shortly after adding them to the water. In the past...the blue color from Efferdent Crystals stayed until I was finished rinsing. To my surprise,, I received the same fresh, clean, acrion that I always had. So, new name or product...same as past results. Wonderful product for cleaning and removing odors and bacteria. This is a very good product which I plan to continue to use. Take it from a person that has been wearing his retainers since having braces almost eight (8) yrs. ago.

Very good product. However,one challenge I have with the product is that when I tear open the package and dump it into a bowl is that I can taste the product in my throat. It sometimes causes me to cough lightly. So very strange that the product powder seems to drift into the air. So I cover my nose and mouth with my hand when I pour the product contents into a bowl and add water. I use it to clean my nightguard.

I use an oral appliance at night for mild sleep apnea. It's important to keep it clean. A quick soak in Fresh Guard accomplishes this goal. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

I have ordered this mouth guard cleaner before. Amazon seems to be the only place I can buy Mouth Guard cleaner. It works well and has a minty taste. I would recommend buying it.
