So this is a great system. It is super easy to install. Being the first time I've ever set up solar, I ran into a couple hiccups and that was only because some of the directions that come with the panels are a bit wonky and hard to figure out. Thank goodness for pictures. Just pay close attention. I had this system mounted and working in about 3 hours, I'm able to run my lights and a tv, I haven't tried to look ad it up. I highly recommend this system. The radon it does don't get 5 stars was because the boxes the battery's came in are super flimsy and were damaged during shipping. The batteries themselves were in good shape, but the terminal bolts come in a separate little baggy in the box. In both boxes the baggys were empty, in one box the bolts were rolling around in the bottom and in the other box that was ripped the bolts were just gone. I contacted the seller to try and get replacement bolts and they haven't responded with even a no. The batteries are heavy and the boxes need to be a higher quality for shipping. I would really like replacement bolts, because I had to use what I had on hand to make it work. But that is the only bad. I have been getting a good charge on even mostly cloudy days. I am fully off grid and having power now has changed the game. We are a family of 8 and at this point have enough power to do what we need. I will definitely buy another set as my need increases.

I cautiously recommend this kit if it's cost competitive to other things that you're looking at. It has several code violations and bad directions, but it was a decent option for me to try out in a shed. You can notice the lack of accreditations (maybe UL for example) and glance at the available directions.I would have just left a review only for the inverter in the kit, but I don't see an Amazon listing only for that item.My unit has the neutral and hot terminals of the plug socket reversed (can see picture with outlet tester). Appliances will work just fine with this, but it's an easy safety issue and code violation to fix for the manufacturer. I added grounding and a plug in GFCI for my system. (I plan to open the inverter up to correct the reversed neutral and hot wires later.)

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. Had a few issues with delivery with some items missing, but my experience with customer service was awesome. Whatever I was missing, they were able to resend me that item hassle free. This is our first experience with solar and overall it was a good one. We are learning along the way, but the system is easy to install.

I've had this system running for a month now. This system was very easy to install for a novice electrician like me. Recommend that anyone get a YouTube education on electrical basics for peace of mind. I am using it to power my barn. Lights, power tools, cell charger, battery tenders etc. Doesnt even touch my capacity on a daily basis. Only critique, the manual with the inverter is impossible to understand. I seems to be a poor translation. Didnt affect the install but cant tell you what the buttons and images on the display mean

No instructions! The 2 batteries came in a box that was completely destroyed and no bolts for the battery, very disappointed for the money we spent

There's a wire in here that isn't even in the book with the directions The directions suck

just bought this system and installed today, I was feeling very confident, everything was going according to plan, but i am getting a buzzing noise when i turn the invverter on, is there something i need to do or forgot to do?
