I recently purchased this fabric shaver, and it has completely transformed my couch and some clothing I use it on. This handy device efficiently removes pilling and now my couch feels brand new. The design is user friendly, with a comfortable grip and a clear collection compartment that’s easy to empty. Lastly, the battery life is impressive; I can tackle my entire couch with some battery life left.

This Fabric Shaver is an essential tool for anyone with fabric couches. I was skeptical at first, despite the high reviews, but this product truly lives up to the hype. It was incredibly effective at removing all the pilling from our couch, making it look brand new. The device is rechargeable, which is very convenient, and it comes with extra blades and an electrostatic brush that enhances its performance on certain materials. It’s incredibly simple to use and doesn’t damage the actual product at all. If you're on the fence about getting one, this shaver is definitely worth the investment.

The media could not be loaded. This thing really works! The battery does take some time to charge, but it also lasts a few hours. That's so much shaving time! XDIt's a little louder than I want it to be, but its efficiency is really worth the noise. Plus it comes with replacement blade discs.If you want to extend the life of your sweaters, blankets, sweatpants, etc.- you need this (a sweater shaver) in your life!If I would make any improvements, 2 things:For the charging cord, the side that plugs into the shaver is special and I would have liked to see it use USB-C in case you lose the cord or damage it, then it's not terribly inconvenient to replace.Secondly, it would be great to include a wall adapter for the other end of the charging cord. I think it's kind of cheap to skimp out on that and puts the onus on the consumer to have their own adapter or a surge protector with USB ports etc..But besides those 2 things, I'm really enjoying this sweater shaver and hopefully it lasts for years to come since it came with replacement razors!

This is the second sweater shaver I have owned. I recently had to restore many vintage wool sweaters and trousers covered in dog hair, and my previous sweater shaver required batteries. I was going through so many batteries, that I opted to get a rechargeable one. This shaver is larger, and the handle is more ergonomic, so it is more pleasant to use for long stretches (getting all of this dog hair off a wool sweater involved painstakingly going over every inch of the sweater, inside and out). However, the design is not as good as my previous sweater shaver. The hole where the lint leaves the blade chamber to enter the lint chamber is small, and easily gets blocked, particularly with wool and other animal fibers (animal fibers hook together and create mats). Because the lint cannot exit the blade chamber, it builds up around the blades and the blade stops turning. You look at the lint chamber and see it is empty, so it does not appear clogged. But removing the lint chamber and the blade shield will reveal a lot of lint buildup. The shield and lint chamber are easy to remove, and if you have an air duster, the whole mechanism is easy to clean. However, because of this design, you will spend more time taking it apart and cleaning it than with other models, if you are using it on very fuzzy stuff. It does, however, remove pet hair well. The charger works fine, though you will have to recharge often. The brush design is not great. The brush works, but the shape and direction it is in when you hold the shaver by the handle makes for some awkward motions in order to brush your fabric effectively. I generally remove the brush attachment, and use a separate brush to brush my fabric first, before using the shaver. This is also more effective because pet hairs fill quickly fill the brush, and can easily redeposit onto the fabric as you are using the shaving function. So really the only extra bell or whistle on this model that makes it worth the higher price than others is the ability to recharge, and the handle. Overall, this model does save me time and money and is a bit more pleasant to use than the cheaper small battery-operated shavers you can find. But unless you do a lot of this (restoring old textiles or own a pet that sheds a ton), I'd recommend saving your money and buying a cheaper more basic one.

I have used this to remove pills on an old sofa as well as sweaters and shirts. It works great!

Quick. Easy. No more fuzz balls

I have a brand new, extremely soft hoodie. Wore it once and I was so disappointed how badly it pilled. I bought this shaver and wow am I impressed. It removed the pilling so easily.

I have bought over five different fabric shavers this year, and each fabric shaver was damaging to my fabric. This is fabric shaver offers so many positive ways to use it and it really can change the appearance of your clothing. Number one it comes with multiple refill of the razors. It has a built-in hair and lint remover so as you’re shaving the fabric lint off. It is also lifting off the lint. I have found that it also removes stuck on pet hair that has been in bedded in clothing and it is not caused any holes on any of my clothes. Are used it on my furniture. I used it on some bedding. I used it on several items that had white lint that I just could not remove for example, workout clothes, and I am so excited because it not only removed the white lint that was making the clothing look older. It also was able to suck off the duck in pet hair. I am purchasing multiple shavers for some family members and this is a great product. Definitely trusted and will be continuing to purchase this product again if necessary. Thing to think about is the fact that this product is quality and compared to the other lint shaver is that I bought this one has been the most durable and I have dropped it on the floor several times and nothing has broken usually the lint shavers I have used in the past would last about a month or two and then just break this one has lasted three months and it’s heavy use so it’s one of my

EDITED REVIEWI previously posted a 1 star review after the product made a hole in my favourite cardigan on its first use.The company immediately messaged me before I even requested a refund with a heartfelt apology and to give me a full refund and to offer me a new product free of charge as this problem was not normal.I’ve not tried out the new product yet, so cannot say it works perfectly as it should with no issues. but the company as a whole has far exceeded expectations for customer service.I’ve changed my star Rating to 5* solely on the customer care service I’ve received.I would by other products from this company without hesitation.———————————————————————I bought this as I was hoping it would be the Rolls Royce of fabric debobblers/shavers.I thought it would be good because it had over 10,000 5* reviews.I should have read the 1* reviews before buying as it has happened to others.On its first use it made a hole in my favourite cardigan.Sending back for a refund

works great on all fabrics

I found this to be a great de-bobbler, it's made a noticeable difference to some jumpers including very heavily bobbles ones. The charging cable is long enough to plug into a socket which is handy if you're doing a whole jumper. The handle also makes it really comfortable if you're doing a large area, it's like ironing.
