I was often try to put my phone in a position that would enable me to see the screen and use it hands free. This phone holder is both very compact and portable. It holds the phone securely and allows me to work with it hands free.

This is a high quality stand as far as materials go. Additionally, it is a stand that is designed well. The dual hinged design is key because I can adjust the viewing angle depending on the task at hand. For example, if I'm calling several people in succession, I will tilt the stand to an almost horizontal orientation to tap out numbers quickly and it presents the phone microphone closer to my mouth so people hear me more clearly. When I'm watching video, I orient the stand to a more vertical position. I use it with my iPad as well as my phone and can always adjust the stand so that it is solid and stable whether in landscape or portrait orientation. The hinge always stays where you put it no matter the weight. Where the phone or tablet sits is covered in a rubbery material so that there is no slipping. Also, the two hinges allow the stand to fold completely flat. I can stick it in my back pocket and go. WARNING: If you buy one...you will buy more! I keep one in the kitchen, one on my desk at home, one on my desk at work, one on the bathroom counter, and one on my nightstand by the bed. Don't judge me... buy one first... and then you'll know... you'll know!

Folds nicely, adjustable and looks great!

In all the simpleness this product encompasses, it reaches its full potential! Look at the pictures! the product is perfect, it rotates its base in angles not achieved by a static stand, and also goes up and down at will thanks to the main base hinge. Is a huge deal for me as I now can use my ipad and cellphone at the level I want. More important, the hole at the back of the base for better cable management is pure gold. is big enough. The product is hefty, is not plastic, is metal and you can feel it is well crafted... in other words, you are not going to break this by throwing it to the floor or sitting on it. It does not slide, as it has rubbery spots at the bottom. The only thing I noticed is the material where the cellphone actually rests is superposed, meaning that is not glued and you can easily take it out, I don't know if it is a feature or an issue but so far I don't see either of those. Now if you bend the base hinge to lower down the high level you may lose a little balance but it still holds the cellphone perfectly, The balance issue happens when placing the phone, some times you may place it "too hard" that it brings the stand forward. Other than this, the product is amazing.

Points forts et faibles : Le vrai point fort, ce sont les charnières : elles sont solides et tiennent très bien l’angle choisi, que ce soit en mode vertical ou horizontal. Même avec un iPad, le support reste parfaitement stable, sans basculer. L’ensemble est bien fini, le matériau inspire confiance, et le design est aussi sobre qu’élégant. Aucun point faible à signaler pour l’instant. Conclusion : Un excellent support, pratique, robuste et polyvalent. Il tient ses promesses, et même plus. Je lui donnerais sans hésiter la note maximale.
