There is no air flow on either of the twist. Not working and no return policy. Avoid brands without return policy.

Excellent breathing trainer, A gym for your lungs
The media could not be loaded. i got this breathing trainer to exercise my lungs and improve my breathing capacity and increase stamina, it is made of soft food grade silicon, just bite it like boxer's mouth the mouth piece sits perfectly and there is a knob to adjust the air flow,used it for 20 to 30 mins daily feels like my lungs are getting stronger. Overall its quality is Excellent
