Have not taken long enough to have an opinion. But would like to say it turned my urine BLUE. So I asked my husband and his is blue as well.

I got these because I was curious about methylene blue as a nootropic to increase memory, mood and act as an antioxidant. I was skeptical, but decided to try for the potential cognitive and cellular benefits. I have used them a few times now and do notice that I feel more alert and focused when taking them. And I have more energy. Is that because of the caffeine or am I actually sharper and more alert? I don’t feel jittery when taking them but the blue pee is interesting.
