Bestarc Plasma Cutter, [Blow Back Pilot Arc][Large LED][Air Sensor] 50A Non-HF CNC Plasma Cutter Machine 110V/220V Dual Voltage, 5/8" Clean Cut 1" Max Cut, Post Flow, 2T/4T for Beginners DIY

Work's good with JD's Garage CNC plasma cutter from plans and cuts 1/8" steel on 120 or 220V 50to60psi air pressure nicely at 1100mm/min. Did lots of testing and this is a good starting point. Ignore the manual, it's way to slow. I used a steel control box but have not grounded anything yet and have had no EMI issues from this cutter. Great value to boot.

I have been using this plasma cutter with Crossfire Plasma CNC with torch height control and it has performed flawlessly. Never had any kind of problem. It costs about 1/3 of other CNC type plasma cutters. It has external connections the Crossfire uses so I did not have to open up the chassis to make any.

This plasma works pretty well, have used it for hand cutting and is currently on my CNC table. I am running at 90ipm on 14g and get very clean cuts. Good buy

Stopped producing an arc or air after maybe 10 minutes of use. "Customer service" had me open up the box and run a bunch of tests for them. This is a 220V system, of which I'm not qualified to work on. I told them it was unsafe and I'm not comfortable doing it and they persisted, declining any solution that involved replacing the unit. I got stuck with a $400 box of junk. Buyer beware.

Bought the BTC500XP to use on a CNC table since my 500DP caused too much interference. This one works just as good as the 500DP as far as cutting, clean cut on 5/8" mild steel. Very impressive for the price. Only complaint, why not provide a 50:1 voltage output instead of the 1:1 they provide. Wouldn't cost much to add in a voltage divider. Plus, there should definitely be a cover on the 1:1 voltage output. Very dangerous if someone was trying to reach for the power switch when it's running and touches that output.

This works great, has paid for itself many times over with jobs I've done with it. I bought another brand here on Amazon and it broke before completing the first job, have done over 200 feet of cuts now and this one is still going. No external dryer or separator needed super convenient and common air chuck and 220v plug... Never been happier with an Amazon purchase.

Nice unit. Works as expected. I have not hooked it up to a plasma table yet as I do not have a plasma table at this time but hopefully I will in the future.

I picked up this bestarc plasma cutter for small projects in the shop. For my first project I decided to up-cycle our old 20lb Propane tanks in Halloween pumpkin art. You can see how it worked on youtube by searching "Making Halloween Pumpkins from old Propane Tanks using Plasma Cutter". I still need to figure out the correct settings for 110VAC and my hand speed. Dejo de hacer arco en las primeras veces que se uso. Dice que es 110v pero si la conectas a un enchufe normal va a estar bote y bote la pastilla. Pero lo peor es que segun esto la pagina que se hacen responsables por productos defectuofos, llevo 2 semasnas esperando reembolso y me dicen que debo de esperar un mes para que emitan el reembolso. Dudo que lo hagan. Basicamente me robaron mi dinero.

This machine performed much better than I expected. Worked decently well on 110 and works awesome on 220! Simple and easy to use

I love the concept of plasma cutting and thought maybe I could use the full potential of this machine. It would be best used with 220 power, but it will cut lighter guage no problem with a 110 plug in and great for doing the metal bodywork on cars

I use this on my Arcdroid cnc. Works great with a small amount of wiring.

Seems to cut nicely on the couple cuts I've done so far on 3/16". It does have an small-medium air leak inside as soon as air was connected. May have to remove cover if it gets worse.
