My grandson is 14 he loves it and so do I. He saved every penny and bought this for hisself. He wears his new helmet and does all safety riding. He put it together hisself . Rides great and nice looking. He gets a lot of comple off of it. . Ty

Ordered this bike on 04/10/25 after extensive product search. It arrived on 04/14/25 3 days ahead of estimate, it took an hour to put together. Real simple, just took my time. The product was exactly as advertised. Everything works fine, very well pleased with this product so far. The looks are great. The quality is exceptional. If you want a mid price e bike, you should consider this one!

I am really impressed with this Isinwheel M10 Plus Electric Bike. Very sturdy, solid and fast. It comes with very easy to follow instructions (all tools included) and took about 30-45mins to assemble. The controls are easy to use and has a good screen display with speed, Pedal assist mode, etc. It has a very big bright headlight (larger than most e-bikes) and bike reflectors on both wheels and behind seat for safety. The wheels are wide and going over grass, up hills, and dirt terrain is a breeze. The power and speed is impressive like a moped and has great braking and control. Be careful going too fast with the throttle before you get your footing and experience with this bike...the bike is fast. Great heavy duty mountain e-bike that can go off road with plenty of power.

The bike was very easy to put together and is very comfortable. Very affordable for what I got!!! Looking forward to many fun days on bike.Great customer service. Had an issue where motor failed. They were quick to respond and ship me a replacement wheel with new motor. Received replacement motor in 10 days and had my local mechanic install it. They refunded my install charge $62 without any questions. Very impressed.

The media could not be loaded. I received the bike with a dead battery that was too low to accept a charge and they first wanted to send me a new charger until I confirmed the voltage was too low, then they quickly shipped a new battery. Took about 5 days total from receiving the bike until the new battery arrived. It was a little hassle only dealing with emails and 9hr time zone differences.After charging new battery bike seems to work good and has enough power to easily pedal up steep hills even for overweight people. I am 6'6' and feel comfortable riding this bike. We will see how it holds up over time but no other complaints considering the price

The issues all started when I was riding the M10 Plus Electric Bike and the left pedal came completely off; I almost had an accident after this and the threading was stripped pretty badly.I immediately tried to call the 1-800 number I found online—but was met with a pre-recorded message stating that due to the recent influx of calls, there was no one available to address my concerns.Opting for email, I heard back from someone a few days later. I quickly realized that this company did not have quality customer support. At one point, I was told to go to a hardware store and buy thread glue and try to re-attach the left pedal myself and that I would be reimbursed up to $30.I requested to speak with a supervisor—which was never granted. Photo evidence was requested of me which I sent promptly. After 2 weeks plus of emails and waiting, I was told that I would be getting a replacement shipped to my home.Then I requested the tracking information and found out that the parts would be coming from China. Still don’t have the parts and it’s been nearly 3 weeks since I’ve had the issue with the left pedal.On top of that, I was told that I would need to purchase the tools needed to replace the left pedal bar/pedal myself since the toolkit didn’t include the tools necessary for the pedal bar replacement—which I made them aware of.I do not recommend.

Very well packaged, assembly time about 45 minutes, tools included, better instruction manual than usual. I have ridden 32 miles so far, still on first charge. The fat tires and front shocks make riding over rough terrain so much more comfortable. Pleanty of power. Love this bike, so much fun! Brings pleasure back to biking for this almost 70 yr. old with arthritic knees.

We received our bike and the battery was damaged and not working! The company was AMAZING at sending a replacement battery without hesitation!My son is riding his bike and LOVES it!
