Is this mouse compatible with macs at all? I have a mac book pro and I'm considering this mouse I just need to know If I'm able to use it with my mac.

Yes it will be controlled by the basic mouse drivers just don't expect to be able to control the RGB. I'm not sure about the DPI switch. That may just be internal to the mouse and report the change in sensitively. However you certainly won't have control over the polling rate. That is software set. I think the back and forward buttons should work but then I don't own a mac. TLDR: Should work fine as a basic mouse. Don't expect control of the gamer aspects without 3rd party software. Maybe will have back and forward buttons working. I think the DPI switch will work out of the box without software.

3 questions: Is this mouse comfortable for gaming for long periods of time? How easy is it to click the left/right mouse button? Is it heavy or light?

For almost two years I've had this mouse and I can say, 1) long gaming periods are very comfortable with this mouse, 2) left and right are very easy to click 3) having bigger hands, it's pretty light compared to say a mouse you get with a out of the box computer.

Are you able to turn the light on and off?

For all the complaints and miss information about the lights on this mouse here is the answer! Once you go to "http://redragonusa.com/downloads" or search for "RedDragon Mouse software" download and install the driver software package you have full light on/off controls! Its the 4th red tab down on the left side of the panel "LIGHT SETTINGS" You do not need to take apart the mouse to disable the lights! I have had a RedDragon KeyBoard and Mouse for over a year and just got 2 more for our new systems. The Red Dragon mechanical Keyboard K551-1 is a great match for this mouse.

Is this mouse noiseless when you use it??

It is not noiseless. When you click, it makes a clicking sound.
