Arrived in a timely manner and exactly as described. I go through many CT Scans and if I don’t drink a ton of water immediately following the scan, the dyes working through my system always create urinary issues. I drink a cup with this added and then several glasses of water afterwards, then within 24 hours, I’m back to normal. I wish this was around when I was growing up and having urinary tract issues. This should help most, but if still having issues more than a day or 2 after using this, then a doctor should be contacted. This is very easy to use. The box has several single use packets. Add one packet to a glass of water and drink. The taste is slightly lemony, but not overwhelmingly like a strong lemonade. It’s always good, as a woman, to have this on hand. Definitely worth the purchase.

My husband says this product has not worked for him. He has had recurrent UTIs, and we were searching for something other than antibiotics, because his liver functions were being affected. He gave this product a shot, but he still has the symptoms. Too bad, because we were quite hopeful.

If you cannot tolerate a lot of acidity, this isn't for you. The lemonade flavor gave me bad reflux. I hope it works for you. I hope they try other flavors, then I will try it again.

Honestly didn’t expect this stuff to work as I work in healthcare and know the unfortunate process of vaginal infections but I was cleared in a week. I even went and did a urine test after to double check and everything came back clear. The taste was actually good too to the point I was a little too excited to drink it. I will say, my injection was pretty moderate, so if you’re is more serious I would recommend buying actual D-mannose pills to take along with this.
