Funciona muy bien como regulador y equilibrador del sistema digestivo. Yo lo había tomado en cápsulas, pero en esta presentación viene en comprimidos -no "cápsulas", como dice el enunciado-. Igualmente eficaz.

Après des semaines de problèmes digestifs, constipation et ballonnements,j'ai utilisé des fibres, divers gellules à base de plantes, sans grand résultats.. quelqu'un m'a parlé du Triphala, au bout de 3 jours j'ai ressenti les effets, c'est légèrement laxatif, ça n'irrite pas les intestins, ça a été efficace dans mon cas! j'en suis ravi, ma digestion est à nouveau normal, j'en prends depuis régulièrement , vraiment je le recommande!

Seul petit souci des étiquettes collées sur les flacons, qui empechent de lire la composition et posologie (et dechirent le tout lorsqu'on les soulève) Service moyennement rapide, articles livrés plus tard que prévu en raison de dysfonctionnements recurrents/réguliers de Colissimo......
