I am extremely dissatisfied with this product due to the utterly unacceptable condition in which it arrived. The battery set was already damaged upon delivery, rendering the item practically unusable right out of the box. This is not only disappointing but also reflects a serious lapse in quality control and packaging standards. A product of this nature is expected to meet basic functionality requirements, yet this one fails at the most fundamental level. Receiving a defective battery is not a minor inconvenience—it completely undermines the purpose of the purchase. It raises concerns about the reliability and durability of the entire product line. I strongly urge the seller to implement stricter inspection procedures before dispatching items. Customers should not have to deal with such negligence. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this product to others.
