Have had one for decades, needed another and 2 more for my daughters. Finally found them on Amazon. Great for bacon. Quick and clean in the microwave.

Besides using in the microwave it is wonderful to place items on in refrigerator to thaw. Taking out packaged food from freezer and placing in fridge to defrost can cause ice sweat to drip or juices to run.I already had one of these trays that I purchased years ago, and there were times when I needed a second. Very handy product. Worth the expense.

I really like the Nordic Ware Bacon Tray. It works well and makes cooking bacon in the microwave very quick and convenient. The design is smart, with little ridges in the tray that keep the bacon elevated above the melting grease, allowing it to flow below. This makes it easy to separate the grease, which you can then pour into a container without any hassle.Cleaning the tray is a breeze. If you have one of the Nordic plate covers, it fits perfectly over the tray to cover the bacon, preventing splatter in the microwave. This added convenience keeps my microwave cleaner. Overall, it's very fast and easy to use, and it's fairly reasonably priced. Highly recommended for anyone who wants quick and easy bacon without the mess!
