Excellent product, 1. Softness - 4.5 for softness but make sure to use under bedsheet 2. Heating - moderate heating, mostly can be used for cold days, doesn't have instant heating, have to wait 10 min beforehand in order to heat up the bed. Not good for extream cold winters 3. Extension cord - long enough around 1.5 to 2 meter 4. Not good if you were planning for to use as heating for back pain relief as the heating is slow even at max level 5. Cost - expensive 6. Safity - automatic cut-off to help prevent potential fire hazards. 7. Size - a little small but perfect for double bed Overall i will say 4.5/5 star

This electric blanket is a complete waste of money. I’ve had a terrible experience with it from the start. It’s very confusing to use, and the power button/settings barely work. I have to plug it in and unplug it again and again just to check whether it’s working or not. The power button has adjustment levels up to 3, but only level 2 works — even when I use it after a few days in very cold weather. Level 3 does nothing at all. On top of that, the heating capacity is extremely poor and far below expectations. Overall, this product has many issues and feels badly designed and unreliable. Totally disgusted and disappointed. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The warmth is even, consistent, and exactly right. It's so good. And customer service is responsive, too. I plugged the electric blanket into a smart plug to check the power consumption, and it was 80 watts at all three settings. I called the company to ask why, and they said the different settings didn't change the power used. They were thermostat based. If I selected the low setting, the thermostat would cut off sooner, that was all.
