Can I use these for writing on the very thin, very delicate, almost transparent pages of my Bible?

I didn't know the answer, so I just tried it on my old bible, which has very thin paper. I wrote 5 letters, and none of them bled through to the other side of the page. The point on these pens are 0.25mm, which is very very fine. The ink is waterproof and very fast drying, and is also archival in quality. I think these would probably be the best pens you can find for this project.

ink which disappears w/heat application

The Sakura Pigma Micron ink will not disappear with heat. One product that might be more what you're looking for is the Pilot Frixion Erasable Gel Pen. With these pens, friction generated via the "eraser" causes heat, and that heat will make the ink invisible.

Does anyone know if this 01 assorted set contains green?

I bought my set in 2016 and it included these colors: black, blue, green, red, purple, and brown. I used them for scrapbooking and card making. They held up extremely well.

can this be used for fabric design

I am honestly unsure. I just them on regular notebook paper and stationary! Sorry, I could not be of more help!
