Fairly good value, but not as much compression as some. Also the size is a little loose. Having measured myself, bought a large. Next time a medium. Not critical, but caution is recommended. ADDENDUM Very impressed with the manner in which, unsolicited, the company has sought to bring good customer satisfaction.

Got this mainly for the phone pocket, so can keep my phone safe on long runs.As it turns out, they are a great fit too and very decent as undershorts too. Not super compression but enough. Really comfortable, no seams to run and chafe, and enough support to keep everything in place.So good I’ve bought a few pairs.

These are definitely underwear. Too thin to be worn as compression shorts for running, gym etc. About a 10 inch leg though so would make them perfect for running.

The seller made contact about the pocket issue and sent a replacement product which is abslutely excellent. Comfortable with a much more secure pocket on both sides. Amazing customer service! Thank you! :)Very nice fit, but the phone pocket is not tight enough and the material is too "smooth". Hence the phone jumps up and down when you run. Shame as very nice under shorts, just don't rely on the pocket/s for a phone. Ok for key or gels, just not a phone.
