A very useful compact comb. I discovered a couple of years ago that a wide-toothed comb is best for keeping my natural curls without turning them into fly-away frizz: I wish I'd known this years ago! It also makes for much gentler de-tangling than a brush. I've only ever had the combs with a handle before, but I find this shorter version just as easy to hold onto and manipulate. I tend to hold onto the section of hair being combed with my other hand, so as to minimize the amount of hair being pulled out (and pain!) during combing, especially where there are knots. It makes getting ready a much quicker process, especially on days where you have to rush out. The colour is as pictured, a pale orange-brown, and the plastic is quite smooth so that it doesn't snag or pull on the hair. It's very lightweight too - useful for keeping in a bag, pocket, glove box etc.

I was looking for a small wide tooth comb that would fit in a small clutch/wallet. This is perfect. I anticipate it will work well for every day, but will also be useful when camping to detangle my hair after showing. When camping, small and compact and multi-use are all very important.
