Mr Jawed was the technician who cleared all my doubts I have asked him every doubt regarding this and I got the best response. They will text you in whatsapp once you order the product. I ordered three four channel switches and connected them with Alexa. That was working fine and best. The maximum wait time for the response was 1 minute😂😂😂😂😂. If you wanna buy this go for it don't take any second opinions. They provide the best switches available in the market. They even gave gifts for every order of mine ( metal spinner Keychain, smiley Keychain, multipurpose hand tool, temperature and wall time kit). I would love to buy more from them. 😄😄😄

It Works, but LAG will make you want to switch back to manual switches again.
I got this to go with Amazon EchoDot, since it was compatible. It arrived within a week of ordering, and well before the Echo-Dot arrived, so i didn't really get to test it's compatibility with Amazon Echo-Dot, as i have already returned this.Pros :1. Very easy to install. Any local electrician can install it.2. This switch fits inside the standard 18 module concealed fitting of LeGrand or similar brands without any problems.3. Connects & pairs to Wi-fi readily without any issues.4. It works! I could install their App, and switch ON and OFF the lights/fan etc. through the APP.Cons :1. Switching ON/OFF through apps takes 3~4 seconds for the actual operation to happen.2. If i am connected to the WiFi Router, and if i leave the room / disconnect from router, and re-connect to the router, the switch doesn't function readily. It either takes 5~10 seconds lag to operate the switches through the phone app or sometimes, i have to close the app and start again.3. Only 1 phone can operate it at a time. So if there are other people in the room who have to switch ON/OFF things, they pretty much have to do it manually using the small buttons located on the switch, which aren't aesthetically that great.4. Switch simply turned off at times when operated manually (about once in 15 or 20 times), during which ALL the lights/Fans etc. connected through it were turned off for 2~5 seconds.5. Switch gets disconnected from the router just when you want to use it (about once a day). So you will have to wait for 15~20 seconds for the switch to connect to the router again...So the reason that i've given it 3 stars, is because it WORKS & setup is easy. But having to wait for 3~5 seconds sometimes for things to actually turn on after you've pressed the button on the phone app, itself defies the purpose of having this device.So i returned it even before my EchoDot arrived. So i cannot really say if it readily works with EchoDot or not.
