The piece is good but why are the sizes so wrong? I read the reviews about it being wrong sizing so I got the supposedly plus size. It is more a M size than a XL. I had to return it

I ordered plus size and the blouse delivered looks 2 sizes smaller though it is mentioned as 2xl. Attached pic comparing with another blouse of 2xl size of another brand purchased on Amazon. Its also has creases and looks like it was returned item. Royal blue colour is dull. Returning it.
