Peter Pan (Korean Edition) Illustrator Min Ji Kim

bought for a friend for friendsmas who's super into peter pan + has ~fifteen editions, retellings, etc. this one was so delicate and beautiful i wanted it and i don't even like peter pan. nor do i know any korean. buy itt!

I collect different versions of J.M. Barrie's Peter Pan. When I saw this particular edition, it looked intriguing, but I was so pleasantly surprised when it arrived. The book is a wonderful small size and packed with the most beautiful artwork. I am very happy to have this in my collection.

I love the illustration work of Min Ji Kim so much that I purchased the Korean version of Peter Pan even though I don't read Korean! I have a small collection of Peter Pan books and purchased this edition for the illustration work. Min Ji Kim is wonderfully talented and is one of the children's book illustrators I respect and admire. Fantastic illustrator. Don't hesitate.

The illustrations are gorgeous - that's why I purchased this book. But the book is EXTREMELY SMALL - a pocket-size edition almost. It's only 6" tall. The illustrations are also not printed on very high quality paper and are missing the richness of good-quality reproductions. The book dimensions in the description are listed as being 6x9" which is NOT accurate. Very disappointing. I'm only giving three stars because the illustrations are still lovely, even super tiny and poorly printed.
