Good Shampoos are hard to find.
This is my 6th bottle, its very mild doesnt dry out. I use it with a conditioner of any brand. Or i first put up a methi pack/egg mask and wash with this shampoo. No hair fall related to shampoo use/hair breakage

Quality is good but too small
Great quality with great results but not worth the price as you can only wash your hair like 3 times the size is wayy too small and impractical, just good for travelling

Stopped the boils on my scalp.
As i live in a humid climate due to sweat etc i would get scalp boils. Commercial shampoos with sls would make the situation worse. So now i wash my hair twice a week. I make sure to oil it. I use a mix of herbal Hair oil with the body shop tea tree oil few drops added to it. Then i let it sit for two hours. Then double cleanse (wash it twice) with the forest essentials shampoo and conditioner. Sometimes i finish the cleanse with an apple cider vinegar wash. This combo has made sure my scalp is not dry and itchy at the same time the boils have also gone.

Harshest of the three variants; works well with oil
Forest essential shampoos rated in order of cleansing strength: Bhringaraj & Shikakai (mild) < Jalapatti & Brahmi < Amla, Honey & Mulethi (harsh) If you use more viscous hair oils buy either Amla or Jalapatti shampoo. If you use light hair oils buy Bhringaraj or Jalapatti shampoo. I was utterly confused between all the variants even after reading multiple reviews so ended up purchasing 50ml of all three together. Now I use these on rotational basis. Tested all of them coupled with Kama ayurveda Bhringraj oil and all three of them were able to get rid of oil in 2 washes ( even the mildest variant). Obviously the quantity of shampoo used varies. Amla cleans hair with minimal amount but ends up drying hairs a bit. Hairfall: Normal hairfall...did not notice shampoo induced hairfall. If you have shampoo induced hairfall this brand may come to rescue but like any other shampoo it wont do miracles. My scalp itches severely with any chemical laden shampoo...luckily all three variants did not cause this issue. Is it overpriced? Yes, it is. For that matter all forest essentials products are. Still confused? Maybe buy all three in 50ml...either you will love them or save yourself from committing to a bigger bottle. As for me...I find them above average and as long as they don't itch my scalp will continue investing. Amla variant: You will have to pair this with oil and hair mask/conditioner/ serum. Don't do that mistake of using it without oil application otherwise it will dry your hair immensely. Personally this is my least preferred shampoo out of three variants.
