My nebulizer which i was purchased on 6 month back its not working model ne-c28 what i can do for it please help me

They have the worst kind of service. You need to physically find the local service, and take your device and drop off there. So basically waste couple of days for their defective product.

Is AC adaptor included in the kit?

I do not know if you meant DC adaptor which is not included. However, it contains the AC adaptor and the nebuliser can be used without any other attachment or accessory from normal power supply socket. Additionally, the vapor that comes is not hot. I am not sure if other nebulisers give heated vapors.
