For the money, this device is just what I needed and a great deal! I'm using it to monitor a skin condition, and it's been such an incredible asset to me. I also use this to remove splinters. It's very versatile since it can be removed from the base to magnify anything anywhere. I've used this device every single day for nearly 6 months, and I may have to charge it every 2 or 3 weeks so the battery is excellent, too. The resolution is just enough, and there are settings to zoom in even more while maintaining clarity. I love that you don't have to connect it to a mobile phone like some others I've seen on Amazon because it comes with a reasonably sized 1080p screen. It's my understanding that Elikliv has other models to choose from that have more features for a little more money, but this one suits my needs perfectly. Here's the other amazing thing: the excellent customer service! I had a broken piece that kept me from being able to use the microscope as designed, so I reached out to the seller who sent me another unit even though all I asked for was the plastic piece. Wow! Elikliv customer service far exceeded my expectations, and I'm so glad I purchased from this company. It's a relief to know they stand behind their products. This is an easy to use, good quality device for an incredible value with great service to boot. You won't regret purchasing this, particularly if you can't afford to spend a lot but need HD magnification.

I wasn't sure what I was getting for the price. Well I can tell you a lot. I went from using a magnifying glass and barely making out the dates, to being able to see the pitting on old coins. The adjustment knobs could use some work but it works well for me. The LCD screen is sharp and crisp. If you add a SIM card you can store photos. All in all great Microscope for the money and I will probably use this for painting models as well.

I was a beginner, and this was very easy to use. I use it for coins, jewelry, and even some print I can't see. It is easy to set up and easy to use. It comes with instructions. The pictures are clear, and the price is right.

I think this is a decent product for what it is, but don’t expect a high-end microscope. I wasn’t looking for professional-grade quality, so I’m not disappointed, but I do think buyers should be realistic. It’s frustrating when people expect $1,000 performance from a product that costs around $30–$50. You’re not paying for premium equipment here, and that’s okay, just be realistic about your expectations! I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son, who’s currently into coin collecting. He didn’t specifically ask for a microscope, but I thought it might be something he’d enjoy. For the price (under $50), I was actually pleasantly surprised. I opened it early to test it out and make sure everything worked before gifting it, just in case I needed to return it. The assembly was simple, and I tested it using a penny. The zoom/focus works well, and the screen is surprisingly crisp for this price range. That said, there are a couple of drawbacks. First, the stand is a bit wobbly. The microscope camera is lightweight, but the plastic base is even lighter, which makes the whole setup top-heavy. Even small actions, like adjusting the zoom, pressing buttons, or repositioning a coin, can cause it to shake. For some users, that might be annoying. Personally, I don’t think my son will mind it, and I'm sure he’ll figure out how to work around it. Another minor issue is the height of the stand. It's fairly short, so you can’t get the entire coin in the field of view, even with a small coin like a dime. You only see a cropped portion unless you reposition the coin multiple times. However, the included manual suggests a workaround: turn the camera facing the other way and place the stand on top of a book (or stack of books) to raise the overall height - it includes pictures in the booklet showing you how to do this. This allows you to view the entire coin in one frame and then fine-tune the focus for detail. Overall, it’s a solid beginner microscope for casual use, especially for kids or hobbyists. Just manage your expectations and understand what you're getting for the price.

First, I've been using this microscope for about a month and I still am loving it! It provides very clear information on items with very small writing. It is a little tricky on items that are super shiny, but I can still make out the marks by adjusting the lighting. It was a little rocky at the start as the first microscope I ordered the charging point was defective, I returned it and got another one in which the battery was defective, it wouldn't hold a charge. I contacted the seller and they responded within hours to my email which I mentioned all the things I did to try to get it to charge. They determined it was the battery and sent one out directly from China. The new battery arrived within 7 days and it's been working ever since without issue. The customer service department was professional, courteous, and expedient. I highly recommend this brand and this item.

Works well. easy to use right out of the box. Works perfect. Has sharp clear 4.3 inch color screen , takes pictures and videos. I think it is a very good deal. I paid $33.I purchased it on Amazon. It came right away the same day. screen is Clear and bright and easy to use a fun tool/toy for sure ,it is cool. It came well packaged and unbroken. I would highly recommend this microscope for a beginner scope only because I want a more powerful one the next step up . they are so awesome I want another one ,the more powerful one ,same company although ,I would definitely buy it again . it would make a great present . There is another world its a small world , and now I can see it yippie! also the more expensive ones are a lot more expensive but they have three lenses versus the one lens like I purchased. if I had to describe this product in one word it would be "FUN" it's also functional I can see the condition of my finger nails and skin. That has an adjustable light wheel with lots of light and the focus is easy and smooth to turn Producing a sharp clear picture. I really like the ability to scroll through the pictures that I have taken in this microscopic world. it charges up nicely and the battery last a long time which is rechargeable I am old school where I have used microscopes that you put your eyeball up to that lens eyepiece most of the time unable to see anything. This is so modern and easy to use amazing!

As I have gotten older my eye sight is getting worse so when it comes to reading small print or looking at coins I do need help. I saw this neat microscope online and I decided that this would be worth the purchase. This arrived in its own product box. Inside the box: 1 x microscope screen, 1 x pole for the stand, 1 x bracket to hold screen to the stand, 1 x base, 1 x c USB lead and an instruction booklet. Setting this up is very easy which is detailed in the instruction booklet. I charged this up straight away which did not take too long. The power button for the microscope is on the underside of the screen. There are adjustments that need to be made with regards to the height etc. which is easy to work out. The focus feature is done by turning the lens which is just above the clear plastic tube part which is underneath the LCD screen. The LED light can be adjusted to any brightness that you want, the dial for this is on the right side of the screen. There are several other features such as connecting this microscope to the computer which enables you to look at the item of your choice on your computer screen which is a great feature. Pictures and film can also be taken using this tool. The battery lasts a reasonable time, maybe not as long as I would like but its acceptable. Overall this is such a great tool to have and for the price and I cannot fault this product at all.

I got this for my husband to be able to look at his rock up close. And it works well for the smaller rocks, but for larger ones, we can't zoom it out enough to see it clearly. It is light weight and small. Not sure why it has a slot for a memory card, but it does. And we can't access the menu on the screen without a card in it.
