The product looks really nice and has very good battery backup. The bass is also quite good for the price. Overall, it is a good-quality product and definitely worth the price.

I recently purchased the Hammer Drop 5W Bluetooth Speaker, and overall I’m quite satisfied with the product. The speaker has a compact design and feels sturdy for its size. The sound quality is surprisingly good for a small speaker, with clear audio and decent loudness. It works well for casual listening, and the features provided are useful and easy to use. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The Bluetooth range seems slightly limited. Even when my phone is just a few meters away or inside my pocket, sometimes the audio gets disturbed and the music briefly cuts out. When I move closer to the speaker, the sound becomes stable again. So the connectivity could definitely be better. Another small drawback is the button placement. The buttons are located on the back/bottom of the speaker, so every time I want to turn it on or off, I have to pick it up and flip it around. Side-placed buttons would have been much more convenient. I purchased this HAMMER Drop 5W speaker on 06-12-2025. Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been extremely disappointing. After just 4 months of use, the speaker stopped working. I contacted customer care and was asked to send it to the service centre. I even had to pay the courier charges myself. The speaker was repaired and returned to me. However, after working for only another 3 months, it has stopped working again. When I contacted customer care this time, I was told that the 6-month warranty had expired, so nothing could be done. A product failing twice within the first year of purchase raises serious concerns about its reliability and durability. Even after getting it repaired through the authorised service process, it failed again within a few months. What is the point of buying a branded product if it cannot provide reliable performance even for a year? Very poor experience with both the product reliability and after-sales support.
