Excellent Casserole Set with a small drawback.
This Wonderchef granite die-cast non-stick casserole set is an excellent, quality product for multiple type of cooking and other wide ranging related operations very conveniently. This set has only one drawback. FOR HOLDING AND MOVING EACH CASSEROLE THE TWO SIDE HANDLES ARE NOT INSULATED AND BECOME VERY HOT, MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO USE. The manufacturer has provided ONLY ONE SET of removable cotton covers for the three casseroles, making is difficult to use them as one has to keep on transferring from one to another! The casserole handles could have been provide with thermal insulation, say Bakelite cover for each of the holders, which would have not increased the cost by a hill.

The look and quality is good. I have just purchased this so not user how well the nonstick coating will be after regular use. But this doesn't have soft handles and the handles get very very hot and remains hot for a long time. Two side grips are provided in this.
