I am 29 year old boy.Since past seven months i am been taking ACV.Everyday i take 1-2tbspn 2-3 times.I would like to share all my experience i had since i started to take ACV. Before i started ACV my weight was 97kg.I was very lazy and never used to exercise much and felt always lethargic.I was exercising too little. I was so very happy and felt as if am getting my skinny college body back.That too without doing any exercise and no change in diet.Was only taking ACV in my diet. Energy levels: When u start to take ACV the first thing you would notice that you get instant energy and natural boost which last for hours.U no longer feel any desire to have unhealthy or junk food.Ive read this is the result of normalizing effect it has on blood sugar. Addiction: Before taking apple cider, i was drinking too much coldrinks, tea and coffee.As due to access of coffee intake i suffered from irregular heart beat so i quit coffee, but as i was addicted could not control myself to have coffee. When i started having ACV, I drink only one glass of coffee per day and have reduced the intake of colddrinks.And now there is no irregular heart beat since then. I needed to take 9-10 hours of sleep per night to feel rested which i was never able to do so. After apple cider i fall asleep easily, and now rarely i get sleep disorder and i dont sleepwalk anymore.I take 7-8 hours sleep i feel so refreshed in the morning. Weight loss: Intake of apple cigar controls your blood sugar and cravings, it results with a weight loss over time.Ive lost weight from my waist and few of my pants are now looking bigger on me.And my family and friend who dont meet me as often remarks me that ive reduced and i look more younger now. ACV also helps in getting rid of water bloat,which will have the effect of weight loss right away.Ifeel now more confident, ive started jogging now and this helps in weight loss even more.I take ACV before every work out and it gives more energy to me. Skin: I never had a problem with acne before. Recently i noticed some psoriasis on my nose and i thought it was just a dry skin.But it didnt go awayeven after a month and was getting worse day by day.I applied ACV directly for a couple of weeks and i noticed its was gone. Amazing results. Digestion: If you suffer from heart burn or acidity problem ACV works wonders.It calms the stomach after large meals and one does not feel heavy.It cleanses the body and flushes out. Immune system: My immune system was pretty stong one before starting ACV, however i still found myself getting sick a couple of times per year.I suffered from viral, flu or simply a cold may be due to stress.And now after taking ACV ive never been sick in eight months.If i ever get sick again i will be surprise. If you dont like the taste u can mix it with honey or juice.Or just shoot it like a taquilla shot( after a while ull get used to it)Now i simple drink it straight and take a glass of water with it.Just think of it as really tart apple cider.If you fail of taking ACV because of the taste,you will miss out on a lot of health benefits which we get by taking ACV. Apple cider vinegar does AMAZING things to every bodily system,I dont know how it works, but it works ,and i was a believer after days and will remain for years.Now i know why doctors dont recommend at ACV-if everyone tokk it they'd be out of a job.Do your body a favour and start your own ACV experiement. wow apple cider compared to other apple cider I have had is way better is more consistent in taste and color

I think company reduce the quantity of product I used 5 bottle 5th bottle as compared to 1st bottle is very bad quality , I can't get any benefit 1st bottle satisfy me more than my expectation but over the time this company also starts to fool the customer
