Right out of the box, this thing was stunning and impressive with the quality of the workmanship. The bars are thick and the pad was decent enough to keep your passengers from leaning against the bars when you go full throttle. If you have the universal docking hardware, this will fit with almost no adjustment. I did have to bring my forward posts in just slightly so that it wouldn't catch om the little overhang of the plastic interior part of the dock, but other than that it fit flawlessly.The bars on this are quite beefy and once installed it is very sturdy. You can use it to hold onto all the gear from a long road trip or hold your backpack in place regardless of how much she weighs, lol.

This backrest has been installed on my 2019 Street Glide the docking hardware on the bike was OEM and this mount fit rather easily ,I used lithium grease on the edges because these can be difficult to remove once they've "settled" . I considered acquiring one of these when they first became popular a few years ago but when I saw how much they were selling for I quickly changed my mind ,these give you the look you've want and seen on other bikes for an incredibly reasonable price ,I got this solely for aesthetic value as I do not ride a passenger often however I did have my daughter sit on it and lean back and she actually said it was more comfortable then the one that was usually on my bike and that would be the standard HD backrest that most people have ,the quality of the backrest is just fine and I am happy with it

I recently installed the Benlari sissy bar on my 2015 Harley Davidson Electra Glide, and while it fits perfectly and works well for most rides, it’s not as comfortable for extra-long trips of 4+ hours. The high-density sponge provides decent support, but after a few hours, you start to feel the difference in comfort.That said, the integrated design with the welded rod and bracket is a huge plus—there’s no worry about loose screws, and it feels incredibly secure. The rotary docking latches add another layer of safety for the passenger, which is great. The A45 steel frame is sturdy, and the black glossy powder coating still looks like new, even after some rough rides.Overall, it’s a solid sissy bar for regular rides, but if you’re planning on long-distance trips, you might want to consider additional padding for extra comfort. For regular use, though, it’s a great addition to my Electra Glide.

For my 2016 Road Glide I wanted to have a sissy bar backrest alternative for passengers that I would use when I didn't really plan on having a passenger ride with me - but still just in case there was a rider I'd have one on there - so I wanted something minimal and a bit aggressive looking with something pointy on the end of it - something almost spiky. This is perfect. It's well powder-coated and gloss black on the frame and the docking clamps are as nice as the ones on stuff I order from the Harley dealership - the lock on and stay on, but come off with the lever press to retract. I love the look and I love the quality. Excellent.

It was that easy to attach this to my street glide It looks nice and my wife says it is nice to have some back support.

I'm so happy with this backrest sissy bar. It arrived in one piece, and the installation was a cinch with easy-to-follow directions. It easily attached to my HD Road Glide and looks amazing. It's a bargain price for a quality backrest. Every detail in the Amazon listing was spot on.
