I love this product. It's an upgrade compared to the foam ones. It's looks nice and feels very comfortable.

These covers are far, far better than the originals that fall apart and degrade, starting the moment you take them out of the box! No change in sound that I can tell; but, they feel better against the ear and won't fall apart and leave tiny pieces of foam in your ears and on your shoulders! I had to replace my original foam ear pieces before and even the aftermarket foam covers degrade eventually. These should stop that from recurring. Great product, easy to install.

I love the H800, but they no longer make it and the stock ear pads eventually fall apart.So far these are a nice replacement. They're a bit pricey when you can get five sets of the foam replacements for the same price, but those are much cheaper quality. I really like the premium leather feeling of these. Once you get them on they're also really secure, unlike some others I've tried that don't fit properly. These genuinely feel like how the H800 should've came if it originally had nicer ear pads.My only complaint is that they can make your ears feel hot. The leather is nice but the large flat surface traps heat against your ears. It may have been worth putting a hole in the middle like many other leather earpads.

I've had this headset forever and I love them. But the foam ear cushions kept just falling apart after a year or so since they're just open foam. These have that rubberized or faux leather cover on them so they're not just disintegrating. Highly recommended!

The old foam was deteriorating. That was the 2nd set of ear pads These new leather-like pads are very comfortable, and should last better. Time will tell.
