Great for Rental Properties
These a great for property management companies or just landlords in general who are looking to have a decent quality functioning item at the best economical friendly price as possible. Super easy to install and the digital display makes it all the worthwhile and so easy to understand.The only reason it did not get a full 5 stars is the fact that you still have to purchase batteries (takes 3) and even a value 4 pack from Amazon is about half the price of the actual CO2 detector. But besides that, they are great!

Haven't had to use it thank goodness. It arrived, and that's seriously my five star because I can 'breathe easier.' But with a recent small fire (working alarm, extinguisher, and son well-trained), despite it being out in a 'flash,' it could have been worse. SO we have more than necessary fire alarms and CO2 monitors. Some peace of mind there.
