Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 - Wireless Earbuds with Active Noise Cancellation – Bluetooth Headphones - Porcelain

I love these! They are a perfect pairing with my Pixel 9a phone. The noise cancellation is very good indeed. Holding a hands-free phone call while walking along London streets on a very breezy day was near flawless, the caller and I able to hear and understand clearly. The Buds are very light and it is easy to forget you're wearing them! The audio quality is good too, with good High, Mids and Bass quality, surprising from such compact units. Despite their cost these really are good value for money given that they do everything they're sold to do and with such good quality. The Case has built in speaker that is of great help when using Find Hub to locate which coat pocket you've left them in (or is that only me?). Superb devices. If you're considering them then just go buy them now! Theyr'e that good.

I bought these as I lost my beloved Bose earbuds and could not face spending that much money again! Having a Google phone and watch, they seemed a better-valued alternative. I don't regret my decision. I am not an audiophile, but I found the sound quality and noise cancellation very good. I do mostly listen to audiobooks, however. I often use them in a noisy workshop (under a proper industrial ear-protecting headset) to listen to stuff while I sand or use the table saw. They work well on the train, tube etc. I found them easier to use than the Bose - much more reliable when being tapped to pause audio, answer calls, change the level of noise cancellation. I love the advanced features, like switching off the noise cancellation automatically when it detects I am talking to someone. Battery life seems fine, but I do plug it in each evening to recharge, so it doesn't get much opportunity to run down. I don't think I've ever gone below 80% charge in the power pack.

Google Pixel buds pro are the best listening experience I have encountered although the noise suppression in the lower frequencies is not as good as the previous set I had from 4 years ago. They integrate well with voice assistant through your android phone and fit your ear without protruding so you can wear them comfortably under for instance your ski helmet and take calls in difficult conditions without hassle. My only regret is they are great while hiking, running or cycling because the passthrough mode keeps you completely aware of your surroundings but you can't reliably secure them, so it's an expensive loss if you accidentally lose one in the undergrowth.

I am a total audiophile amd cannot stand back speakers and headphones. I have tried so many over the years and am someone that has music on all the time. I have had a pair of these since Christmas (over three months) and they are the best earbuds / headphones I have ever had. The Pro buds are more expensive than others, but in my opinion, totally worth it if sound quality is important to you. For reference, I was previously using a pair of Bose, over the ear, noise cancelling headphones. SOUND QUALITY Firstly and most importantly, the sound quality is amazing. I listen to anything from heavy rock, dance, classical and anything in between amd these make everything sound amazing. I also listen to meditations, podcasts as well as TV and movies and I really enjoy the sound, whether is it the clarity of people speaking or the base of music, it balances it really well. NOISE CANCELLATION Again, best of all the earphones I have ever had. I have a partner that snores (like a tractor) and these have been a gamechanger for even that!! There are four settings. I mainly use the noise cancelling, but the transparency setting is great as a woman walking alone as it plays whatever you are listening to, but also amplifies sound around you, so you can hear people speaking or movement, keeping you safe and aware. You also have an adaptive setting, so it changes depending on the noise around you, but I haven't used that much. COMFORT I am very fussy with comfort (neurodivergent) and also normally have real issues keeping inner ear buds in my ears, but these I barely notice, they fit so well. I where them several hours every day, at least. You get four choices of bud sizes. They come with the medium ones attached and have extra small, small and large in the box. I use the small ones. BATTERY LIFE Seems great to me. I haven't timed any of the charges, but I am sure I have only charged the case about once a month. The buds themselves seem to last and last and get topped up from the case every time they go away. The case has a little sound when you close the lid, when it is lower on charge, so you never get caught out. Simply wow! Background for me is, galaxy s24 FE phone. I have linkbuds s, galaxy buds2 pro and buds3 pro, Huawei freebuds pro 4. These sound insanely good, the anc is on par with the galaxy buds 3 pro which is a genuine surprise. Bluetooth connection is rock solid, le audio is available after a software update. This update was waiting and took 15 minutes to install, also gives you adaptive anc option, but I just have plain anc on. 3 hours of listening at 70%volume, aac codec, anc on and the buds are at 81%!!! That is simply mental battery life. 5 band eq, several presets, I chose "balanced" preset and just tweaked the bass up a little. I can not over emphasise how great these sound, these are going to be goto pair from now on. Twist fit works perfectly, upped the tips to the large and you literally don't know you're wearing them, superb. Tap controls are faultless. It takes a lot to impress me. But Google, you have played a blinder with these beauties. Wireless charging on my galaxy duo charger works perfectly. Paid £144 new on amazon black Friday, but at the normal £219 these are still worth it. Mind blown!

Returned them within a couple hours of receiving them. Loved the case and wireless charging and how seamlessly they coupled with my Pixel 9... BUT... They're earbuds and the bottom line is earbuds need to sound good, especially at this price. And they didn't. Far from it, in fact. I made sure I had a perfect seal in both ears, I tweaked the EQ, I re-twisted and re-seated the buds in my ears. Un-paired and re-paired. Nothing made any difference. The sound they produced was just flat, completely unexciting, and with so little bass I actually wondered if I had a faulty set. Then I looked on Reddit and it seems I'm far from alone. Some users reported sending 3-5 sets back because they also assumed they must've been unlucky and kept getting faulty units. This encouraged me to check out Google's dedicated help & faq site where I immediately noticed a message that read "Due to the latest device launch we are expecting higher than normal contact volume" - Gee, I wonder why that might be!? My Nothing Ear (a)'s absolutely blow these buds away when it comes to sound quality and they cost less than half the price. There's literally no comparison. In fact, even my budget set of Sony WF-C500 that I've owned for years sounded substantially more exciting and delivered more of a punch... And they only set me back about £40. I honestly got the impression Google were so focused on the design and all the clever Googley stuff they crammed into them, they forgot to pay attention to the one thing that matters most: How they sound. Also, no hi-res audio support (LDAC or otherwise) which surely is a must on a pair of buds in this price range in 2025. In short, a huge disappointment.

Absolutely LOVE these!! :DDDD Works perfectly with my pixel phone and pixel watch. Everything connects instantly and smoothly. Setup was fast, touch controls work great, and features like find my device and conversation detection are actually useful. The sound quality is top-notch: deep bass, clear vocals, and amazing ANC that really blocks out the world without killing the details. Battery life is insane, lasts all day with ANC on and still has charge left. Wireless charging is super convenient. Build quality feels premium, both the earbuds and the case. The porcelain colour is beautiful. The fit is super comfortable, light, secure, and I can wear them for hours without any pressure. Not the cheapest, but totally worth it for the comfort, performance, and perfect integration with Pixel devices. Honestly, best earbuds I’ve used so far.

Huge fan of my pixel 9, I wanted to replace my old Jabra elite 75t. I kept the PBP2 for around 2 weeks and did my best to love them but I couldn't: The good: - Battery life - The case is well-finished and looks good - The app is great - The integration with Pixel 9 is amazing The bad (Unfortunately the most importants stuffs are there) - The fit was awful to me (Might be my ears, but god the Jabra Elite 75 doesn't move AT ALL) - The audio quality was ok, but I'm used to strong basses, and the ability to push the volume up with my Jabras, which is not the case with the PBP2 -The active noise reduction on the PBP2 is worse than the passive isolation on the 75t: I am not lying, and yes, I have tried many different tip sizes. So I had to send them back. I'll order the Jabra Elite 8. I think the best thing about Jabra is the design of their earbuds, which go pretty deep into the ear canal. It ensures a crazy fit and strong passive sound reduction. Also, the sound style/profile of the Jabra is much more colourful, and I like it (This could be subjective). I hope this review helps, because these buds are promoted as very good with their fit: It won't be the case for everyone!

​J'ai acheté les Pixel Buds Pro 2 et je suis absolument conquis(e) ! Ce sont de véritables bijoux de technologie. ​Le son est tout simplement dingue. Les basses sont puissantes, les aigus clairs, l'expérience d'écoute est un pur plaisir, quel que soit le style de musique. ​En plus d'une qualité audio exceptionnelle, ils sont très agréables à porter. L'ergonomie a été clairement travaillée, ils tiennent bien et on les oublie facilement même après plusieurs heures. ​L'intégration des fonctionnalités Google et la réduction de bruit active (ANC) sont au top et très efficaces. ​Bref, si vous cherchez des écouteurs sans fil haut de gamme, avec un son démentiel et un confort parfait, ne cherchez plus. Les Pixel Buds Pro 2 sont au top !

Diese Bluetooth Earbuds bekommen meine eindeutige Empfehlung. Der Klang ist hervorragend und für jede Musikrichtung geeignet. Im Gegensatz zu diesen Earbuds, bei denen diese langen Stiele aus dem Ohr hängen, verschwinden diese bündig im Ohr und sehen auch noch umwerfend gut aus. Ich besitze ja bereits das Vorgängermodell. Dieses ist nochmals wesentlich kleiner und sitzt dank neuartiger Flügel, die sich in der Gehörmuschel verankern, bei jeder Aktivität so richtig sicher fest. Und dennoch wären sie problemlos den ganzen Tag zu tragen, da sie so bequem sind und nicht drücken. Da sie völlig im Ohr verschwinden, kann man selbst als Seitenschläfer problemlos im Bett noch etwas Musik hören. Diese Earbuds können auch an anderen Geräten genutzt werden, wenn man die Pixel Buds App installiert. Von Hause aus werden sie natürlich von Pixel-Smarthones ab Werk unterstützt, welche ich selbst nutze. Ich mag diesen gegenüber dem Vorgänger nochmals deutlich verbesserten Geräuschunterdrückungsmodus. Man kann diese Earbuds, genau wie den Vorgänger, so einstellen, daß wenn man im Geräuschunterdrückungsmodus ist und anfängt mit jemandem zu sprechen, die Earbuds sofort automatisch in den Transparenzmodus schalten, und man sich problemlos so unterhalten kann, als hätte man die Earbuds garnicht drin. Man erspart sich so, sie jedesmal unnötig aus den Ohren nehmen zu müssen. Die Earbuds haben eine sehr lange Akkulaufzeit. Man kann sie über das mitgelieferte, kleine Ladecase jederzeit mehrfach nachladen, ehe dieses selbst aufgeladen werden muss. Die Earbuds sind jederzeit über den Google Find Hub auffindbar, falls man sie mal verlegt oder vergessen hat. Sie könnten dann auch klingeln, wenn man das auslöst. Im Falle eines Diebstahls wären sie für den Dieb wertlos, solange sie mit dem eigenen Google-Konto verbunden sind. Sie funktionieren dann einfach nicht. Geladen kann das Ladecase sowohl über USB-C, als auch drahtlos über Qi2. Auch beim Telefonieren klingen sie hervorragend und klingen selbst bei Umgebungslärm und auch starkem Wind ausgezeichnet, da dies alles aktiv unterdückt wird, während die Sprache prägnant hervorgehoben wird. Alles in allem für mich die derzeit besten Bluetooth Earbuds auf dem Markt. Meine eindeutige Kaufempfehlung.
