Not that sweet
Not sure if it's the added acacia fiber or the extraction process, but this is not as sweet as other stevias. I like that it has no maltodextrin or erythritol, but I will be buying Mommy Knows Best because it is sweeter and uses less.

Not For Me
I could not get this to blend as well as I would prefer and was left with clumps. I also did not love the taste of this one.

Great Benefits and Flavor!
This powder tastes very fresh and is filled to the brim of the jar. I add cacao powder when I make cookies and brownies, and I also add it to my smoothie in the morning. This powder is not the Dutch processed cocoa powder that I buy at the grocery store - the store brand doesn’t have the health benefits that this powder does. This fiber has fiber, vitamins and minerals - I love the natural benefits of using this powder over a Dutch processed powder. It’s also a great price!

Pride of India, picked in Peru, and packed in America.
Confused yet? Seriously, though this isn't bad at all. First of all, being certified organic gives me peace of mind and second of all, cacao packs more antioxidants. I liked it and enjoyed using it to make keto-friendly dishes. Very good value for what you get!5 stars!

Great taste; a little clumpy
A little warning: When you open the package, be careful! The cacao powder in my container was packed clear to the top. (Cocoa powder and cacao powder can be so messy!)As for flavor, it's good! I've used it for cookies and hot chocolate. There's a mild hot chocolate recipe on their site, that I wish appeared on the packaging. I had to adapt the recipe a bit, but find it tasty both hot and cold. The cacao powder is a bit clumpy. The hot chocolate recipe calls for a blender, and that really helps work out the clumps. For the cookies, I found that mixing by hand wasn't removing them, but a mixer worked them out. Other than the minor issue of it being a bit clumpy, it's great cacao powder.
