Product Description
Felisept Home Comfort socket vaporizer Cats, like humans, can suffer from stressful situations, which can affect their normal body reactions. In cats, such stress triggers are often social and territorial, which is often expressed in the following behaviors: urine marking on furniture, unwanted scratching and biting, hypersensitivity or irritability. Felisept Home Comfort provides a remedy, because the contained ingredient is obtained from catnip, which has an attractive and calming effect on cats. In clinical studies it has been found that the concentration of the ingredients in the set has an effect on calming the cat and reducing the signs of stress after just a few days. Instructions for use: The diffuser is used in the home environment and in the presence of humans and animals. It is plugged into a socket and distributes the natural extract of Nepeta Cataria in the area. The diffuser is effective for approx. 1 hour after plugging in and switching on and should remain switched on permanently in order to achieve the desired effect - up to 30 days of effectiveness. About Felisept: Felisept is a brand of Ardap Care GmbH in Germany, which has been manufacturing and selling feed and hygiene products for small animals as well as pest control for over 40 years. Directions
Remove the safety cap of the bottle and screw the bottle into the diffuser. The Felisept aroma diffuser is plugged in and turned into a power outlet. There the diffuser distributes the natural extract of Nepeta cataria around. The diffuser is effective from approximately 1 hour after switching on, and should remain permanently switched on in order to achieve the desired effect. Enough for an area of approximately 50m². The Felisept flacon is only suitable for use in Felisept Home Comfort evaporator. After the bottle is used up, remove diffuser from the power outlet without removing the bottle from diffusor. The overall efficacy of the ingredient is from about 30 days. Upon recurrence of stress-related symptoms a Felisept refill flacon (30ml) can be inserted into the diffuser. Follow the enclosed instructions!

Has made my Cat more relaxed in the living room!
As others have stated it only comes with a 2 prong plug and I ordered this knowing that as I had some travel adapters laying around. In any case the listing needs to reflect this important bit of information. Funnily enough the packaging had 3 pronged holes to place a UK adapter in it!Onto the actual product, my cat seems to only enjoy the comforts of my room and she gets very skittish in the main living room so I plugged this downstairs in a corner and I noticed a considerable improvement which showed her not bolting back into my room the minute she was done with her food or litter business. So the item definitely works. Just have to be careful of handling the bottle after it's been plugged in as the liquid seemed to seep down it causing my fingertips to have the weird scent smell.

Not UK compatible
I ordered the plugin as I found the spray effective for my nervous cat. It arrived with a European 2 pin plug. I returned it and asked for a replacement UK 3 pin plugin. The “replacement “ has just arrived- exactly the same 2 pin as the first one 😡 absolutely ridiculous. If you don’t cater for the UK market remove it from your site as it would save customers like me disappointment and inconvenience.

Tell customers it only has two prong plug
I bought this to calm my beautiful but nervous cat i was very annoyed to find it comes with a two prong plug I stay in Scotland and as far as I know all of Britain used three prong plugs at the price of £16 pounds i now have to buy an addapte r to use this should be in the long part telling buyers what this item does. I am very annoyed as it is now costing a further £4 for the addapte r becoming quite expensive at £20

Calming for the cats.
So, right off the bat, my product came with a UK plug therefore not requiring an adaptor, might be different batches or early ones that had a 2 prong plug.This really helps calm the 2 cats down that my neighbour has which we let inside the house at times, and they all calm down and just are relaxed. It may seem like a gimmick but It really does cause the cats to be friendly with each other and just act calm and relaxed to a big extent.

Comes with UK plug and works a treat!
So, unless I've just been really lucky, I've now had 2 of these delivered and both have a UK plug (ordered 7th & 30th Dec 2019).In terms of how well they work, it might just be coincidence but my 2 non-related rescue girls' behaviour has definitely changed over the last few weeks since trying my 1st one. The nervous one is more confident and the dominant one is definitely more tolerant. I actually caught them sitting NEXT to each other in a prime spot 2 days running, which might not sound a lot, but I'm convinced it's helped.I've knocked a star off as the last one I received had leaked a bit as the lid of the vial wasn't on tight enough and the price seems to be ridiculously variable so you need to shop carefully!

Need adaptor
Wish i had read review and seen 2 pin fitting, i had adaptors but this 2 plug is opposite way, which meant plugin actually on its side. I didnt feel happy in case leaked etc, so had to find fitting 3 plug and wait for delivery. Truly hope after all this its worth it, incidentall ad says refil, theres no refil just plug and 1 bottle

Relaxed cat
We got three cats at home and one of them was getting a bit bossy over the other two. It's been a week since we got the product and seems to be more calm and relaxed.Bear in mind it comes with a 2 pin European plug, so you will need an adapter for UK plug

Not a UK plug buyer beware!
Unacceptable that there is no mention that it doesn't come with a UK plug.I previously bought from another supplier that has since stopped stocking it, I've found it to be very effective but not coming with UK plug renders it useless without an adaptor.
