Great product for what I need it for you get so much for your money this will last me a long time

cracked after 2 weeks on a petri dish
easy to wrap petri dishes (agar plates). Stored at 22C and 3 of 10 cracked in 2 weeks allowing contamination. Assume this is an old roll as I know parafilm degrades. No option for a replacement. Returned for a refund.

I was familiar with Parafilm from my student days in Chemistry labs. I started hearing from people that Parafilm had uses outside of the lab as well. Folks are using it to seal perfume bottles, decant, and travel sprays to prevent or reduce perfume evaporation. There is a bit of a learning curve to using this stuff. It is stretchy, but if you pull too much, it will break. That's why I gave it 4 stars, even though the roll I received was in great shape. Very happy to have it!
