It’s day number 4 for me using this. It works very well it gives you focus and honestly it gives your mind more of a rest do to the benefits of what it does to the brain naturally. I have noticed it does contribute to blood flow to the brain making your brain vessels feel more relaxed. That’s why I believe it contributes to natural rest and overall focus.
