Love it, really gives my home gym that authentic vintage gym feel. Feels great at every point in the movement, overhead pulldowns, bicep curls, forearm work, low rows, trap work Can't beat the price 10/10 recommend.

SOLID! This is a gym grade bar. Only thing I would suggest is put a bit of 3-in-1 oil into the hole on the attachment and spin a few times. Before doing this, it made a little noise being metal on metal. I would assume this would wear down faster if no oil applied. Definitely worth the money.

Solid, great value. The knurling could be a little more aggressive but good enough.

This is exactly like the one I use in the gym. Heavy duty steel, well built. It has a little bit of friction when it rotats, so I will try to spray with a silicone lubricant to make it smoother. It does not affect the operation of the handle. Solid product.

Great attachment, the one I had previously didn't rotate, which made some exercises uncomfortable. This one works perfect. You will wear gloves when using this though. The knurling is deep and sharp. Not a bad thing, just really rough on bare hands.

Amazing, for the price, this equipment is heavy and great material as it should! I’m super happy to include in my gym bag. This one is gonna last a lifetime, recommended!

This bar ended up being far more sturdy, weighty, and just better than I had expected, given the low price. I've included a picture showing the weight, of nearly 5 pounds. There is a drawback to this bar, however. The rotating attach point does not come pre-greased. It felt very rough while doing my exercises. After I finished, I used my grease gun to inject heavy duty grease into the grease/oil hole. This solved the problem and the bar immediately felt smooth during the next workouts. The downside is that the grease continues to ooze out of the pivot joint and I constantly worry about it getting on the carpet. For the money, this is a great tricep bar!

Gut verarbeitet…hält was er verspricht…auch nach längerem Einsatz völlig ok…würde ich wieder kaufen
