I purchased an inflattable pool with the measurement- 120”x72”x22” What is the size of the tarp that I should get? Thanks!

Ask the store where you bought the pool if they sell a cover. I don't know of a tarp that size

Can this be used to cover a 191” L x 72” W x 71” H truck?

It depends on how much of the truck you want to cover. That size is the minimum I would use on that size of a truck. 20 x 20, I think would work better.
