You always need spare parts or just more parts to build more things. This is a good set of 388 parts, at a good price. Colors are random, as indicated on the listing, but all are fitting well and mixing well with original parts. Have fun!

This is a brilliant little collection of connectors. They are all compatible with Technic bricks and are a great addition for anyone who builds their own designs. You won't get very far with just whats in this set, you'll need to purchase additional beams etc to actually build something significant. I should note that the colours in the listing don't quite match what I received. For example - the parts shown in red, I received in orange. The parts in blue were actually black. Plus a couple of the smaller light grey and dark grey pieces came in red or yellow. Personally I have no problem with this change, I'm not too bothered by colour selections when building technic - especially as none of the parts I received that were non-grey coloured are the sort that will be visible from the exterior of the finished model anyway.
